I had a great time at this hotel! the location couldn't be better - right in the heart of the city, just a short walk to the beach and close to everything you need. Secondly, the staff were so friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. Lastly, the rooms were clean and tidy, with basic amenities and even breakfast included.

No complaints, everything was perfect!

it is very nice little hotel appartment with adquate facilities, not a 5 star hotel but for the rate we paid we didnt expect much. we were really surpriced by the hotel as were expecting a very poor hotel. However it turn to be very pleasent stay and the staff were very helpful they allowed to us to check in in the early morning as we arrived almost 6 am.

Well based on the amount we paid 15 EUR a nigh we cannot complain about the hotel, swiming pool may require some maintainenance

It's good value for the money we payed €30 a day during high season. (+€3 a-day for safe box). A small kitchen, but it works to cook there. Otherwise pretty big rooms. Takes about 5min to walk to the beach and about 10min to walk to the harbor (east, center of everything that happens) in a slow paste. The wifi worked most of times but it only works in the lobby/entrance but there is a bunch of chairs and tables there where you can sit down. Towels and sheets are changed every 3rd day, and the rooms got cleaned everyday. A pretty nice pool on the top of the hotel.

The walls feels paper thin, you can by ease hear your neighbors if they are a bit loud. The entrance door to each apartment always slams and makes even an louder noise so you will hear all these things if you don't sleep like a log. Since it's an apartment hotel you need to buy things like toilet paper, dish soap/sponges and stuff like that yourself. You weren't allowed to bring you own water/beverages to the rooftop where the pool and sunbeds are located. But the did have a bar there that sometimes were open. Was pretty hard to find the location when we arrived in the dark, since the entrance is turned away from the main street.

The location was perfect. The staff was nice, very friendly and welcoming. They had free wireless even in the room! Our room was huge - well it was a 4 pers. Apart, but still you cloud easily fit 6 people there. We had everything we needed - fridge, pans, plates, knifes, coffee maker, cooker, everything! And the very nice chambermaid washed anything we left not only in the sink but also by the sink everyday. She did a great job - the room was so clean all the time it made me feel bad about not keeping my own place as clean as that. :) It was a great holiday. The swimming pool on the top of the hotel was amazing. You could sunbath literary from sunrise till sunset. Of course they had umbrellas in case you wanted to relax in the shade. The hotel is also very close to Kleopatra Beach, it is on ataturk Bvd and just 10-15 min away from the center. I chose it for the position and price but I was expecting way less for that price. So, in fewer words - great place. If you are young and/or don't mind that the building isn't new or renovated last winter this is a great place to spend you summer holidays.

There is definitely noting bad that I can say about this place; if it were a perfect world the pool would have been opened 24/7, but of course I know that's not possible.

For the amount paid it excellent has location for beach, old city and children activities. it is clean and worth staying. internet has problems

Hard to find a better location than this hotel. It is right in the city centre, near the beach, and close to everything you need. The value for money is excellent, with affordable prices for a convenient stay. The staff is friendly and provides good service. The basic amenities in the rooms are well-maintained.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

Good place: 200 m.- to aquapark and Migros, 500 m.- to beach Cleopatra. Swimming pool on the top -it`s a very comfortable. Good honest staff. Good look from the balcon- castle Alanya.

Great location, close to beach, restaurants, and amenities. Friendly staff, clean pool. Spacious self-catering rooms. Helpful staff, especially Aziz.

It was all superb.

The hotel had a wonderful location. We were a group of friends that were travelling and we found it to be wonderful for the money. I would recommend this hotel for anyone that is traveling in the group of friends and don't want to spend a lot of money but get a good location. The staff is very helpful so if there is anything you can just ask them and they will help you.

Near the sea and large room

Hard to find a better location in the city center. Close to everything - shops, beach, and other attractions. Friendly staff who are helpful and attentive. Fair prices for spacious rooms.

All was ok, no major issues.

The hotel was located very close to the beach and other shops, perfect for a christmas stay. They had a variety of foods to select from during the included breakfast. the rooms were spacious enough for two people, and the bed was comfortable.

The place was not clean, as the bathroom had a terrible smell and the room was infested with cockroaches. the staff was uninterested and hardly understood english.

Got a lovely welcome. Manageress Maarta ıs very frıendly and speaks excellent englısh and was able to help us. The appartment was spacıous and very clean - great hot showers too. Very central for what we wanted. Thankyou to all
